DOSAGE: (Adults 18 years and older): Take 2 (two) capsules daily before your first meal, or as recommended by your healthcare provider. Health supplements are intended only to complement health or supplement the diet.

Use continuously for 4 weeks followed by a 2-week break.

WARNINGS: Not recommended for individuals that are sensitive to caffeine. Each capsule contains approx. 150mg of caffeine.
