Shift your gains into Hyper-drive with two new Primal products
Primal Sports Nutrition continues to develop new ways to help you push harder and go further with two new additions to the growing supplement range.
Follow your instinct and #GoPrimal to chase those performance gains with the new Hyper range, which includes Primal Hyper Shred and Primal Hyper Test.
Primal Hyper Test
New Primal Hyper Test is formulated with a combination of herbal and botanical ingredients and vitamins and minerals that support natural testosterone production, including 2,400mg Tribulus Terrestris, 600mg Panax Ginseng, and 300mg Tongkat Ali.
This combination of ingredients may assist with physical performance and increase energy levels when used in conjunction with an exercise program and appropriate diet.
Tribulus Terrestris contains compounds called saponins, which may account for its potential testosterone-boosting effects by stimulating the release of luteinizing hormone (LH), a hormone that signals the testes to produce testosterone in men.
An animal study¹ demonstrates that Tribulus Terrestris increases the release of LH, leading to a subsequent rise in circulating testosterone levels, which may have anabolic effects. Additional research² suggests that the synergistic combination of Tribulus Terrestris with other pharmacological components contributes to the increase in testosterone levels.
In terms of Panax Ginseng, research³ suggests it may provide assistance in cases of low testosterone by inhibiting the conversion of testosterone to DHT (dihydrotestosterone) through its effect on the 5-alpha reductase enzyme. This action could potentially help increase serum testosterone levels.
And Tongkat Ali has research backing its ability to help increase low testosterone levels to support male fertility, athletic performance, and muscle and strength gains. A systematic review and meta-analysis⁴ published in 2022 supports the possible use of Tongkat Ali (in the form of E. longifolia) supplementation for “enhancing testosterone production”.
Primal Hyper Shred
New Primal Hyper Shred thermogenic fat burner is formulated to deliver 630mg Sinetrol, 400mg Green Tea Extract and 200mg caffeine in every dose.
Sinetrol is a patented ingredient comprising a proprietary blend of citrus and guarana polyphenols. It is designed to support weight management and enhance fat loss5 by supporting the metabolism of stored fats (called lipolysis) into free fatty acids for use as energy. Sinetrol may also increase the activity of enzymes involved in lipolysis, leading to the release of more free fatty acids which the body can use for fuel.
Research⁵ shows that by inhibiting the enzymatic action of phosphodiesterase-3 (PDE-3) on cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), Sinetrol may elevate cAMP levels to potentially further promote lipolysis.
For additional support, Green Tea Extract may aid weight loss by helping to boost your metabolism and enhance lipolysis, both at rest and during exercise⁶.
Green Tea Extract contains caffeine and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which may increase the rate at which your body burns calories through thermogenesis, which can contribute to fat loss over time. EGCG might also help your body use stored fat for energy by promoting fat oxidation, with the potential to amplify fat loss when combined with exercise.
This product aims to support your weight management program in conjunction with a balanced diet and exercise plan, and is ideally used continuously for four weeks followed by a two-week break.
Primal Hyper Shred and Primal Hyper Test are available at select Dis-Chem Pharmacies nationwide and online from www.primalsa.co.za.
